Football for Life is excited to have Teton Saltes join us for the Tiospa Zina Tribal School camp. Teton is an NFL free agent who played with the NY Jets. He currently just finished the UFL season with the St. Louis Battlehawks. He is a 2023 XFL Champion with the Arlington Renegades! In 2020 he was a Wuerffel Trophy winner while at the University of New Mexico for his community service. I teach Welding, Woods 1&2, and Agriculture classes.
I have been married for 38 years, I have 4 children and 11 grandchildren . I love to work with my cattle and take in sporting events.
I earned my Ag Business degree from NDSCS and my Ag Education Degree from SDSU.
I have taught for 40 years the last 7 here at Tiospa Zina.

Meet the High School Staff-
Hello, I'm Kristen Hill.
This is my third year at TZTS as a paraprofessional and my first year in the Special Education department. My mother, Valerie Hill, was the HS/MS art teacher at TZ for many years, so I grew up going to powwows at the old gym and helping with concessions when she was the senior class advisor.
After spending four years in the Navy as a sonar technician, I used the MGIB to finish a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2008. I spent two years as a speech language pathology assistant at Westside Elementary School, working with preschool children both at the public schools and at the SWO Headstart programs.
As a middle-aged introvert, I love reading, writing, and playing video games. My best buddies are my two bearded dragons, Beau and Rudy, who I take to my parents' farm during the summer to get sunshine and exercise.
